If for what ever reason the client / customer does not like the merchandise. The client / customer can return the merchandise to Pacificopals Jewelry . Pacificopals.  will refund 100% of the clients / customers money (minus shipping / postage fees) upon receiving returned merchandise. Pacificopals Jewelry  will not provide a refund if the merchandise is damaged or altered in any way.
